To bring our tastings to a close before they return in the autumn, we welcome the Distillerie de Biercée! The only Belgian distillery producing top-of-the-range eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and gins from untreated fruit, the Distillerie de Biercée is located in a grandiose place steeped in history, in Ragnies near Thuin. It is the sparkling Nadège who will give us the pleasure of manning the counter with a selection of beautiful bottles and good little cocktails prepared just for you.
