The good thing about good habits is that you never change them! To round off the season of tastings and meetings with artisans in style, we welcome the Distillerie de Biercée, always superbly represented by our favourite Nadège. You’ll be able to sample the distillery’s classics, as well as discover its new apple brandy aged for 10 years in Sauternes barrels. We’re sure we’ll be making some happy visitors!

Here’s a brewery that lives up to its name! We hope you’ll enjoy yourselves in the company of Tom, the brewer, who will be offering a tasting of his two creations, La Classe américaine and La Photo de famille. Come along for a chat and a drink. One thing’s for sure: you won’t die of thirst… but you might just die of pleasure!

We’re heading south with Priscilla and her delicious pistous. No additives, 100% organic and 100% vegan! If you love discovering new flavours, this is the tasting for you. Jeya Pistou goes very well with a simple piece of fresh bread, but can also enhance your pasta, vegetables, meat, fish or salads.

Mike & Becky make their chocolate from bean to bar in their Brussels workshop. Organic, fair trade, single origin, no vanillin or lecithin, but with taste! We invite you to a relaxed tasting session with Bjorn (aka Becky).

This Saturday 23 March, we’re kicking off the tasting season with Elsa’s delicious bean-to-bar chocolate! This lover of Ecuador will take you on a journey with her bars, her cocoa bark infusion and her hot chocolate. We invite you to come and discover her masterful work with cocoa beans between 3pm and 5pm.

Recovering the fruit used in lambics to make jam is a brilliant idea! Cantillon, Oud Beersel, Tilquin, 3 Fonteinen. Raspberries, plums, cherries, mirabelles and apricots. Something for everyone, for breakfast or with cheese. Come and enjoy a gourmet afternoon at the Comptoir belge!

TASTING SESSION FROM 14:00 TO 17:00

On these chilly first days of the year, we’ve decided to warm your body and heart with Alessandro. A passionate cook, he has developed Blue Scorpio, a lemon and sage gin in homage to his native Italy. This marvel is distilled by master distiller Manu De Cort at the Belgian family distillery De Cort in Pepingen.

TRAP is an artisan gin distilled in Aalst by Quentin, a young man from Brussels. It owes its originality to a dual production process: distillation and maceration. Citrus fruits, rooibos, spices, basil, thyme… you name it, we’ve got it! We’ll be delighted to let you taste it in the company of its creator.

It is now a tradition and a good habit. We close the season of meetings and tastings with the friendly Nadège from Distillery of Biercée. Eau de Villée, vermouth, bitter, gin and Red Villée are on the programme! And there are whispers that we will also be treated to a beer from Brasserie de la Senne and Brasserie des Légendes.

If you can’t be there, you need a good excuse!

Matthieu, Rémi and Adri, the three friends at the helm of Brussels brewery DrinkThatBeer, are bringing along a pump, some cans and their good humour to help you discover the beverages they brew at CoHop, the capital’s first brewers’ cooperative.

White with thyme, blond or amber IPA, IPL, light beer in alcohol with the perfume of ylang ylang, you will have the leisure to taste all their range in their presence. So, Drink That Beer, folks!

Patat is the meeting of two local products: the potato and the malt. Romain wanted to unite them in a 100% Belgian brandy!

Come and discover this astonishing drink which, pure, goes wonderfully well with smoked fish or oysters. Mixed with a neutral tonic and fresh lime or ginger, it is a delight.

Chocolow is made of chocolate, hazelnuts or almonds and vegetables: carrots, courgettes, squash or sweet potatoes; everything is there to bring you pleasure and become your healthy breakfast companion.
