After twenty-five years of loyal service in the printing industry, Thierry’s epicurean side finally got the better of him! Passionate about wine, he set about opening an urban and sustainable winery in Brussels. Resolutely open to the public and also to original blends, Gudule offers a whole range of wines created from organic grapes.
